Professional Background

buy phentermine stores Rick is an independent contractor with professional working relationships with multiple firms.  At the center of his efforts is TREZ Capital, a two-billion-dollar private equity fund based in Canada.   Rick is responsible for the origination and placement of commercial real estate loans for TREZ in the $10MM to $100MM range.  Rick is also a licensed RE Broker in Florida and Indiana, with his license held at Colliers and ALO Property Group respectively.  Rick is active in both States concentrating on commercial real estate sales transactions.  His extensive background in institutional level corporate real estate finance and investment sales (collectively referred to as the Capital Markets) spans more than 30 years of professional service. In the years following the market crash of 2009, he directed his focus on providing restructuring services in response to market conditions. These include serving as a court appointed receiver, repositioning distressed assets for regional and national banks, mitigating losses associated with the challenging market conditions of the time.  Lastly, Rick is engaged by some of the institutional commercial real estate lenders he has long standing relationships with to complete fee based annual property inspections.
